Condolence From: Mike Turnbull
Condolence: Dear Gert, Kyle, Lindsay, Eric, Larry, and Terry and all of George's family.
It is with great sorrow that I learned of George's passing. I will always remember the times growing up that all of us spent with George. The lessons in chess that he attempted to give me did not make me a better player but did highlight George's intellect and willingness to to try and help others. No matter the situation, George always seemed upbeat and of good humor. Although many years since I have last seen George, my condolences go out to all of his family and friends in this time of sorrow.
