Carol A. Manor, 66, of Plattsburgh, passed away June 17, 2022. She was born in Plattsburgh, New York, January 25, 1956, the daughter of Albert and Elsie (Annis) Manor.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 8:30am in Ingraham Cemetery in Chazy.
