Rosemary J. Senecal, 74, of Plattsburgh, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with family by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh on July 15, 1945, the daughter of the late Eli and Louella (Martineau) Beshaw. Graveside services will be held at at a later date at St. Peter's Cemetery. Larry and family, I am so sorry, Rose was so nice and loved her grandchildren so much. We liked her very much.
